I work with corporate clients to make their workplaces and services inclusive to disabled people and those living with challenging conditions. As founder of Live.Be I aim to provide and empower corporations, organisations, employers, third parties, suppliers, and stakeholders with the information, resources, support, and guidance they need to meet and raise their diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) provision for disabled people and people living with challenging conditions.

I have a unique blend of experience working with directors, senior managers, and human resource professionals on multi-year programmes to support corporations, organisations, small, and medium-sized enterprises to complete people management deliverables on time and within budget.

Vision

My vision is to help build robust corporations, organisations and communities where disabled people and persons living with challenging conditions can work, make informed decisions, and take control of their futures. I provide senior managers working for corporations and organisations with the latest research-based evidence, so that colleagues responsible for managing and running an organisations occupational health, wellbeing, and DEI programmes have the evidence-based research required to make informed decisions about what specific strategies, programmes, and initiatives work when and have the greatest impact and return on investment for their workplaces.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultants

Expertise supporting individual clients, corporations, and not-for-profit organisations

Our approach emphasizes how corporate clients can improve performance through a better understanding of some common, but often erroneous, assumptions which surround individuals and employees living with challenging conditions, about what clients can and cannot do.

Consultancy Services

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but a way of life, and should be a core business value of all organizations. We provide advice and information for organizations about diversity, equity and inclusion including bespoke policies, and procedures development. This enables individuals to thrive and organizations to build productive and energized workplaces for all employees.

“We should celebrate neurodiversity – the world would be poorer and life duller if we were all the same.”

Diversity

Diversity is not an important issue; it is the issue. It says everything people need to know about the culture of your organization. And today, culture can be the deciding factor that attracts talent and potential partners to team up with your organization or decide to go elsewhere if your initiatives do not meet their expectations.

Equality

Equality

In our experience, organizations appreciate the advantages of developing an equitable, pro-diversity culture, but some of our clients may not know how to develop one. We at Live.Be can show you how to take essential steps to develop one successfully.

Inclusion

Inclusion

Inclusion is about giving equitable access and opportunities to those individuals living with challenging conditions, while removing barriers of discrimination and intolerance.
